As shown on News Center 7 at 5:00, he made his first court appearance on Monday, where the judge set his bond.

Lucas’s daughter told News Center 7 on Monday that the $1 million bond is not enough.

Court documents initially filed in Dayton Municipal Court state McFadgion arrived at the home on Trenton Street and confronted an ex-girlfriend.

“Mr. McFadgion argued with his ex-girlfriend from his vehicle and observed a figure he knew to be Mr. Lucas standing in the doorway,” the affidavit states.

Police then wrote that McFadgion described shooting over his ex’s vehicle from his vehicle into the residence and then leaving the area.

McFadgion remains booked in the Montgomery County Jail. He’s due back in court on Friday.
