Stephen King even a big fan of Crowded House, and they’re coming to town!

I call it a big success when one of the greatest writers of all time tips his hat to a song. Crowded House was called out by King last year talking about “Don’t Dream It’s Over” and received over 2200 comments and replies.

For me, it’s one of the top 20 80′s songs of all time. There’s something haunting about the song, and it fits the sound of the class of 1987. A little pop and a little alternative. When U2 was changing the landscape, other bands like Crowded House were strong contributors to music as well.

The band is coming to The Rose, and we can’t be more excited!
