The Cincinnati Bengals and Hamilton County have met a tentative agreement to spend $470 million in renovations.

This project is intended to revamp the 25 year old stadium and maintain it as a top of the line venue.

The agreement also includes that the Bengals will continue their lease through at least 2036.
