No basement? Where do you go during Tornado Warnings?

Our current home is the first place that does not have a basement. Yes, living in Ohio during Tornado season and especially this year has made us rethink our choices. Statistically speaking, if you get to the center point of your home during a active tornado and wear a bike helmet or head protection - you are likely to be OK. But what are your tips and tricks without a basement?
