Hands down the #1 food item at the Ohio State Fair.

I ate my first “fair style” Turkey Leg at Walt Disney World and instantly fell in love with it. The smoked flavor of the meat is probably the best preparation of Turkey Legs. This “treatment” blows away anything you can make at Thanksgiving.

This year, the Ohio State Fair has the incredible Turkey Legs and it’s worth the drive from anywhere in the state. As you can see in the TikTok video below, the meat is fall off the bone, moist, tender and smoked to perfection. After eating Turkey this way, you will never think of it in the same way again.
