Dayton officers were called to the 1400 block of W. Riverview Avenue on reports of an overdose around 1 p.m. on May 7.
As previously reported, the incident happened at Dayton Leadership Academies.

Several juveniles had taken unknown pills, according to Sergeant Jared King.
Dayton Leadership Academies Superintendent Tess Mitchner Asinjo previously told News Center 7 that they were prescription cholesterol pills.
One of the juveniles, a nine-year-old boy, was taken to the hospital by a private vehicle before officers arrived on the scene.
The child told police he took pills from his older brother’s dresser, according to King.
The Dayton Fire Department treated the other juveniles on the scene as they were alert, oriented, and not in immediate medical distress.
At the time of the incident, the school said administrators immediately investigated the matter, contacted the appropriate parents, and worked closely with authorities and medics to ensure student safety.
“The student responsible has been identified and is facing disciplinary action based on the school’s code of conduct,” Mitchner Asinjo said.
This incident was isolated.
“Dayton Leadership Academies takes a proactive approach to students’ health and well-being. We partner with multiple community organizations to provide prevention programs during the school day,” Mitchner Asinjo said.
