What’s Old Is New Again, Watch Walmart Shopper Play Stevie Ray Vaughan On A Toy Guitar

You have to watch this guy and his buddy tearing up Stevie Ray’s “Pride And Joy” on a toy guitar in Walmart. It may have been done a while ago, but it’s getting attention again.

In September of 2013 Clay Shelburn uploaded a video of him and his buddy Zac Stokes singing while Clay played Stevie Ray Vaughan’s “Pride And Joy” on a toy guitar in Walmart.

The video went viral at the time, which is not a bad thing for a musician.

Despite that being nearly 8 years ago, I saw the video for the first time today.

Yesterday somebody shared it on a Facebook page where one of my bosses saw it.

Knowing I’m a huge SRV fan my boss sent the video to me.

Between yesterday when it was shared on the page where my boss saw it and today when I saw it, it was shared over 45,000 times.

This was the first time I’d seen it, but it is pretty cool.

Even though it was first out there years ago, if you never saw it, it’s new to you like it is to me.

Plus if you’ve seen it before, I feel it’s worth watching again.

So check out Clay and Zac doing a cool Stevie Ray Vaughan cover on a toy guitar below.

Then below that, watch Stevie playing the song acoustic.
