Glenn Frey died 5 years ago today, Jan. 18, 2016. Today we celebrate his legacy.

Glenn Frey and the Eagles are members of the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame. He has earned 6 Grammy awards and 5 American Music Awards with the Eagles. In total, he had 24 Top 40 hits during his career. He and his Eagle bandmates were the backing band for Linda Ronstadt at one time. Glenn Frey also had an acting career. He had an acting role on “Miami Vice”. The episode “Smuggler’s Blues” was inspired by his hit song. Today we celebrate his legacy.
