The Preble County Pork Festival happens this weekend

There’s nothing better than a fair style ultra thick pork chop. I will drive many miles to get my hands on one.

There are also no bigger experts on great tasting pork than the folks at the Preble County Pork Festival. The event happens at the Preble County Fairgrounds at 722 South Franklin Street in Eaton.

They’ve been doing this for 53 years, so they know a thing or two about it.

The incredible festival is this weekend, September 21 and 22.

The best part, admission and parking are totally free. Although they do accept donations.

They’ve brought back the full Smorgasbord too. It’s only $25 a person, with kids 4-10 for $15. IT includes a full meal with your choice of Ham, Pork Chop and sausage. All the sides and even pie for dessert.
