JUST ANNOUNCED: Carly Pearce to headline next K99.1FM charity concert

Dayton’s  premiere country radio station is once again giving back with a charity concert, and the lineup is nothing to wag a tail at.

The acts have been announced for the next K99.1FM Concert For A Cause. Runaway JuneLindsay EllCam and Carly Pearce will be performing at May’s Concert For A Cause on May 24 at Miami Valley Gaming benefiting SICSA Pet Adoption Center.

Tickets go on sale to the public at 9 a.m. Thursday, April 26. General admission tickets are $10, premium seating tickets are $25 and VIP seating is $75.

Headlining the concert is Carly Pearce, an accomplished artist who hails from the Cincinnati suburb of Taylor Mill, Kentucky. “Carly is the highest charting solo female debut since July 2015 and joins an elite group as one of only three women to accomplish this feat in the past 12 years,” according to her website.

All of the proceeds from the concert will go directly to SICSA Pet Adoption Center. SICSA’s mission is to promote the welfare and adoption of companion animals, and nurture loving, lifelong relationships between animals and people. They do so through their many animal-centered programs and services throughout the Dayton-area.

The MadTree Giveaway for Arbor Day is set for 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, April 27.

Fleetwood Mac is coming to Columbus

Legendary, GRAMMY-award winning band Fleetwood Mac announced a North American tour, set to kick off in October and travel through 50+ cities ending in Spring of 2019. Produced by Live Nation, the tour will feature the newly announced line-up of Mick Fleetwood, John McVie, Stevie Nicks, and Christine McVie along with newcomers Mike Campbell and Neil Finn.

This Wednesday, four hot local country music acts will take to the stage to raise money for Moms 4 Miracles. M4M is a component fund of The Dayton Foundation that supports children with cancer around the Dayton-area.

Deep Purple and Judas Priest are coming to Cincinnati

Legends will collide late this summer when Deep Purple andJudas Priest embark on a co-headlining North American tour. The outing will kick off August 21 at Riverbend Music Center in Cincinnati, Ohio and visit 25 cities across the U.S.

Deep Purple’s latest studio album, inFinite, was released April 7, 2017, via earMUSIC. REO Speedwagon is coming to Dayton

Rock legends REO Speedwagon will make a stop in Huber Heights, OH for the not-to-be-missed concert of the summer at Rose Music Center on Sunday, September 23rd.Formed in 1967, signed in 1971, and fronted by iconic vocalist Kevin Cronin since 1972, REO Speedwagon’s unrelenting drive, as well as non-stop touring and recording jump-started the burgeoning rock movement in the Midwest. Janet Jackson extends tour to include a stop very close to home 

Janet Jackson is coming to Cincinnati this summer during her State of the World Tour.
