Customers bombarded social media, ripping the flower company apart and demanding refunds for the many mistakes that were made. Some include moldy flowers, flowers that never made it to their intended recipient, and just overall lousy looking arrangements. The flower company has responded to customers complaints, telling them to contact a representative for assistance.
